CCTV Miami was founded in 2012 as a local security camera installation business in Miami. In 2020, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we transitioned to an exclusively online retail outlet, offering a handpicked selection of security cameras, DVR systems, NVR kits, and video surveillance accessories to customers across the United States.
We aim to provide high-quality, affordable surveillance equipment from established manufacturers—everything from our convenient web-based store CCTV Miami.co.

CCTV Miami safely accepts payments, including large credit cards, debit cards, and third-party payment processors, including PayPal. By submitting your payment information, we would like to let you know that we can charge the amount you gave us using the payment option you chose.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all 50 United States states. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery duration will depend on your location and shipping method.
We are not responsible for shipping carriers’ delays, bad weather, or any other situation beyond our control. We will provide tracking information when the order has been dispatched.
6. Returns & Refunds
At CCTV Miami, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the time specified in the packing slip. Every product, brand, and manufacturer has a different Return policy. Please check the return policy for the item of interest before ordering.
To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you originally received them. To start a return, don’t hesitate to contact our support team at support[at]cctvmiami.co.
Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. This is because the shipping service has already been provided, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or in error.
